Job summary

MicroSourcing invites applications for an Implementation & Solutions Consultant. This fully remote role serves US and European clients through presales, implementation, and ongoing customer success. You will tailor product demos, guide opportunities and lead SaaS configurations from kickoff to adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA, compliance, Health & Safety, or Process Improvement, and hands-on QMS experience with enterprise SaaS. Mid-shift work across US/Europe is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA, compliance, Health & Safety, or Process Improvement.
• Hands-on experience with QMS or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles such as Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Presales, or Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for US and European clients through presales, implementation, training and ongoing customer success.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations for prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects including QMS configuration, workflow setup, deployment and onboarding.
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform using built-in tools and light scripting, translating client requirements into specs for customization.
• Deliver client training, provide ongoing advisory support, maintain implementation docs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and platform adoption.
