Job summary

TJM Labs is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive software implementations for pharmacies in a remote-first setting. You will translate client workflows into actionable build plans, manage scope, timelines, risks, and go-live activities while coordinating clients and engineers.

You will write clear tickets, refine processes, and push improvements across playbooks and tooling to accelerate future cycles and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in software implementation or pharmacy operations with project ownership.
• Experience translating workflows into structured requirements and tickets.
• Strong communication with clients, engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations end to end: scope, plan, kickoff, risks, QA, go-live and hand-off.
• Map and refine workflows to design target flows with clear value.
• Turn needs into buildable work: write tickets with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the team to keep timelines and dependencies aligned.
• Monitor the critical path and manage scope to hit milestones.
