Job summary

Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand, is seeking a TikTok Shop growth leader to own and scale the channel. You will drive affiliate programs, creator partnerships, paid media, and organic content, reporting directly to the founders. The role emphasizes GMV, CAC, ROAS, and profitability with a data-driven approach.

The position is fully remote with a minimum 6-hour overlap with US Eastern Time, and you will collaborate closely with the founders to build a scalable revenue engine.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop growth experience for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Experience building and scaling affiliate/creator programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem: organic, paid, and creator content.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including P&L thinking and growth targets.
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program and creator onboarding.
• Develop a scalable creator/UGC engine to drive sales and content production.
• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop paid ads and whitelisting content.
• Track GMV, CAC, ROAS, and profitability; optimize funnel from content to orders.
