Job summary

Social Commerce Club is seeking a hands-on TikTok Shop Media Buyer in the Philippines to build, manage, and scale paid media programs for ecommerce brands. You will own day-to-day campaign execution, budget pacing, testing, optimization, and paid performance reporting across TikTok Shop accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop paid media, including GMV Max.
• Experience building, optimizing, and scaling ecommerce campaigns against ROAS and profitability goals.
• Strong understanding of how creator content, affiliates, product performance, and promotions affect TikTok Shop ads.
• Ability to analyze performance data, diagnose changes, and turn findings into specific actions.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain performance to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage TikTok Shop ad campaigns across GMV Max and other relevant types.
• Match products, offers, and creative assets to the right campaign structures.
• Monitor performance and budget pacing daily, adjusting spend to meet client growth and profitability goals.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take timely action to improve efficiency.
• Scale winning products and creative when performance supports increased spend.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights, actions taken, and next steps.
• Work closely with the TikTok Shop strategist to connect media decisions to broader growth plans.
