Job summary

Podean is seeking a TikTok Shop Media Buyer to build, manage, and scale paid media programs for ecommerce brands on TikTok Shop. You will handle day-to-day campaign execution, budget pacing, testing, optimization, and reporting.

You should understand how paid media aligns with creator content, affiliates, and promotions, and be able to explain results to shape the broader TikTok Shop strategy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop paid media including GMV Max.
• Experience building, optimizing, and scaling ecommerce campaigns for ROAS and profitability.
• Understand how creator content, affiliates, product performance and promotions affect TikTok Shop ads.
• Ability to analyze data, diagnose changes, and turn findings into actions.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain performance to teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage TikTok Shop ad campaigns across accounts.
• Monitor daily performance and budget pacing to meet growth targets.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take action to improve efficiency.
• Scale winning products and creative when data supports higher spend.
• Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and next steps.
