Job summary

Change Craft is seeking a hands-on TikTok Ads & Ecommerce Marketing Manager to scale sales for a U.S.-based children''s book company. This fully remote role targets international candidates with strong TikTok Ads experience and ecommerce know-how.

The ideal candidate will manage TikTok Ads from setup to optimization, develop testable campaign structures, and analyze performance data to drive ROAS. Proficiency in Shopify, Mailchimp, and content creation is expected.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager.
Experience analyzing paid-media performance and optimizing accordingly.
Experience with ecommerce or direct-to-consumer products.

Responsibilities

Manage TikTok Ads campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization.
Develop and test campaign structures, audiences, creative concepts, hooks, and ad formats.
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions and revenue.
Identify winning and losing creative and recommend next tests.
Work with book imagery/video; coordinate new ad creative.
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and improve results.
Track TikTok-driven traffic and sales.
Manage Meta Ads as a secondary paid channel.
Manage Shopify product listings, promotions, inventory, and sales activity.
Prepare ecommerce campaigns for seasonal periods and launches.
Develop content for TikTok/Instagram supporting paid and organic growth.
Coordinate email campaigns using Mailchimp; growth marketing efforts.
