You will troubleshoot, coordinate maintenance, handle tenancy inquiries, and document interactions accurately, escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, customer support, property management, tenancy coordination, or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for tenant and guarantor inquiries via phone, email, CRM, and portals.
• Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional support across tenancy-related concerns.
• Manage inbound calls and shared inboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Escalate or resolve issues independently as appropriate.
