Job summary

Expedock Software Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Lettings Coordinator to manage tenancy administration, listings, and client onboarding. You will bridge landlords, tenants, and Lettings Negotiators, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include drafting tenancy documents, conducting reference checks, coordinating move-in logistics, deposits, and utility transfers while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in administrative roles, preferably within real estate.
• Familiarity with residential lettings regulations and tenancy deposits.
• Experience with real estate CRM and e-signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send tenancy letters, agreements, and compliance documents.
• Manage reference checks with third-party vetting providers.
• Coordinate move-in logistics, deposits, and utility transfers.
• Maintain client records in the CRM and support property managers.
