Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring Telesales Representatives to speak with residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. The role is full-time remote with U.S. Eastern Time business hours, targeting annual earnings of C$40,000–C$50,000.

You will contact owner leads via an automatic dialer, introduce the program, qualify owners, handle objections, and drive qualified live transfers to a Royal York representative. Final sale is not performed by you.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in telesales or related roles.
• Experience using auto/predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
• Proven track of meeting targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
• CRM, notes, and disposition accuracy.
• Willingness to be coached and apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the purpose of the call.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of properties and whether they are occupied or vacant.
• Explain the program’s C$100 monthly cost.
• Respond to objections involving price, need, trust, timing, or tenant history.
• Explain the potential value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Ask qualified owners to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and call dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
