Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of telesales or related outbound sales experience.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call/transfer/appointment/sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical property owners.
• Accurate CRM, call notes, and dispositions.
• Willingness to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience in property management/real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain attention quickly and introduce the program.
• Ask qualification questions and handle objections.
• Explain the monthly cost and program value.
• Encourage qualified owners to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Record notes and dispositions and follow scripts.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
