Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking Telesales Representatives to speak with residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. The program costs CAD 100 per month and aims to cover the property’s monthly rent if a tenant defaults, subject to terms.

You will contact company-provided property-owner leads using an automatic dialer, qualify owners, respond to objections, and drive qualified live transfers to a Royal York sales representative. You will not complete the final sale.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, call-centre sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical or difficult property owners.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability during calls.
• Proficient CRM note-taking and disposition habits.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the program’s purpose.
• Ask questions about the owner and the rental property.
• Confirm number of properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the CAD$100 monthly cost.
• Handle objections related to price, need, trust, timing, or tenant history.
• Explain value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Encourage qualified owners to complete a live transfer.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out rules.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
