Aidey is a Philippines-based, AI-first BPO partnering with Shopify platform clients. We seek a Technical Support Specialist focused on prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries and personalized support.

You will adapt to customer needs, avoiding scripts, and contribute to a small, fast-paced startup team. Fresh graduates are welcome; the role emphasizes research, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication in verbal and written form.
• Experience in customer support, preferably SaaS/eCommerce/tech.
• Hands-on Shopify experience is a plus.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems like HubSpot is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound inquiries in real time with clear responses.
• Open and monitor Jira tickets and escalate internally when needed.
• Understand customer profile, size, and goals to offer strategic support.
• Provide CRO guidance based on customer needs with CRO experts.
