Aidey, an AI-first BPO, is hiring a Support Specialist for a Shared Team. The position is fully remote from the Philippines and covers multiple clients via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot issues, triage cases, and ensure proper escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, writing, reading) – MUST.
• 2+ years in customer or technical support – MUST.
• Experience with POS or PMS in hospitality – ADVANTAGE.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation – ADVANTAGE.
• Experience using help desk platforms – ADVANTAGE.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot cases needing technical help and escalate properly.
• Be proactive and improve work processes.
