Job summary

Kaiterra is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to serve as the frontline technical expert for enterprise customers. You will own the customer support channel end-to-end, handling a wide range of inquiries from device setup to complex troubleshooting within HVAC, BMS, and building controls domains.

You will also support our revenue teams with technical questions, draft security questionnaires, and contribute to a growing knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, building management systems (BMS), or building controls.
• Prior customer-facing support experience is required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across networks, devices, and firmware.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer support channel end-to-end, triage and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Provide technical guidance to revenue teams and assist with mid-deal questions.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of complex issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to feedback recurring issues and improvements.
• Leverage HVAC/BMS domain knowledge to diagnose and resolve enterprise problems.
