Job summary

Kaiterra is seeking a Field Deployment Manager to lead the end-to-end installation of our environmental monitoring devices in commercial buildings. You translate sales quotes into the right hardware layout, coordinate installers and IT, and ensure devices report data reliably from day one.

This remote, full-time role requires hands-on problem solving, strong floor plan literacy, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or installing physical technology in occupied commercial buildings.
• Understanding of commercial building deployment workflows and stakeholder roles.
• Ability to read floor plans and translate into device layouts.
• Fluent troubleshooting of on-site issues with IT/network and power.

Responsibilities

• Scope deployment with Sales during the quoting phase.
• Own post-close deployment handoff and prepare environment.
• Coordinate installers, IT teams, and contractors for install day.
• Own the deployment timeline and ensure on-time install.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues during live installs.
• Communicate progress to Sales and Customer Success and unblock issues.
