Qualifications

• Preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering graduate
• With at least 6 months of BPO experience

Responsibilities

• Be the Remote Solution Architect: diagnose and conquer intricate technical issues across product range primarily via phone and digital tools.
• Empower clients by guiding installations, configurations, and maintenance of thermostats and energy management systems remotely.
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights through phone consultations and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product Development to feed insights for future products.
