Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc is looking for a technically skilled professional to handle technical support, controller programming, and remote commissioning to ensure stable operation of HVACR systems.

The role also involves creating graphical screens, assisting with food service temperature monitoring, and contributing to the knowledge base through documentation and cross-training; on-site training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Preferably EE/ME/ECE graduate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and document interactions.
• Program Copeland Supervisory Controllers (E2, E3, Site Supervisor) and optimize configurations.
• Perform remote commissioning to ensure site readiness.
• Create graphical custom screens and map instruments.
• Provide technical support for temperature monitoring in Food Service.
• Maintain knowledge base, cross-train, and assist lab maintenance.
