The role includes handling inbound calls, dispatching work orders, graph analysis, and supporting alarm-related concerns across Basic, Resolution, and Smart Dispatch tiers for Food Retail

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree or at least an associate graduate (2-year course).
• Fresh graduates are acceptable; experience from interactive customer service is a plus.
• Background in offshore service operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and basic to intermediate Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate refrigeration/HVAC alarms and diagnose them per SLAs with external customers.
• Communicate alarm details via calls or emails with proper documentation and escalation when needed.
• Decide action: call or hold alarms based on history and graph analysis against procedures.
• Update and confirm completed work orders as per customer procedures.
• Answer inbound calls, transfer calls, and address them as necessary.
