Job summary

Copeland is hiring an Engineer 1 - Technical Service for a hybrid role in Quezon City, Philippines. You will provide remote technical support for thermostats and energy management solutions, primarily over the phone, helping clients install, configure, and maintain systems.

The position requires a mechanical/electrical/electronics engineering background and at least 6 months of BPO experience, with a hybrid work setup and on-site requirement three times per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the Remote Solution Architect: diagnose and conquer intricate technical issues via phone/digital tools.
• Guide clients through installations, configurations, and maintenance for thermostats and energy management systems.
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights via phone consultations and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to shape future products.
• Continuously expand knowledge and provide feedback to leadership in a remote-first support environment.
