Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Engineer I in Technical Services to join our hybrid team in Quezon City/Manila, Philippines. You will handle technical support for HVACR controllers, perform troubleshooting, and assist with remote commissioning and configuration tasks.

The role requires at least 1 year of BPO experience and a degree in EE/ME/ECE. Training begins on-site, with night shifts and weekend work as part of the schedule, and includes documentation and cross-training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO experience is required.
• Preferably EE/ME/ECE graduate.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Program Copeland Supervisory Controllers and optimize configurations.
• Perform remote commissioning for start-up sites and ensure systems operate before on-site sign-off.
• Create graphical custom screens and mappings for instruments and dashboards.
• Support temperature monitoring products for Food Service applications and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document knowledge and maintain TS Laboratory with routine checks and cross-training.
