Job summary

Find Human Resources Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in the Philippines. The role focuses on sourcing top talent, screening candidates for technical fit, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will work with hiring managers to define needs, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of sourcing/recruitment experience are required, with familiarity in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified technical and IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical capabilities, experience, and culture fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities.
