Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee key client engagements and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders, with a strong background in network technologies.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in technical PM, banking/financial sector exposure, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Technical Project Management.
• Experience in financial or banking environments is preferred.
• Experience delivering technical projects in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Background in networking hardware and physical infrastructure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for multiple projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with clients to align project objectives and contracts.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using proper controls.
• Measure performance with PM tools and report to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors; perform risk management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to clarify requirements and delegate tasks to team.
