Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to own delivery across client onboarding, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and comprehensive offboarding with disciplined documentation.

You'll work closely with engineers, translate technical scope into actionable plans, and use Jira or similar tools to track scope, schedule, and costs while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout multi-client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management in tech/IT services.
• Experience managing migrations, onboarding, offboarding.
• Proficient with Jira or similar PM tools.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments preferred.
• PMP, CAPM or Scrum Master is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between delivery/engineering team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
• Define project scope and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project schedule, budget, and plan using Jira with documentation.
• Track hours/costs to meet budget and resource across multiple projects.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources and third-party vendors.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using change-control processes.
• Report progress to stakeholders with dashboards and PM analytics.
• Plan and lead technical projects across client environments.
• Translate technical scope into actionable plans with engineers.
• Identify risks and sequencing issues before delays.
• Coordinate procurement and deployment logistics for refresh/migration projects.
• Maintain knowledge of client tech stacks to manage change windows.
