• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Application Development teams to define scope and success criteria.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

A highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, large-scale initiatives across Infrastructure, Security, and Application domains. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving mission-critical projects from inception to completion.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Partner with Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Application Development teams to define scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Governance:

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and elevate risks while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Budget & Resource Oversight: Track financials, monitor resource allocation, and report variances against approved baselines.

Documentation & Standards:

• Create and maintain Project Management templates
• Create and maintain a PMO Handbook
• Establish standards for Waterfall, Agile at Scale and Hybrid Frameworks
• Capability building for Junior Project Managers
