Job summary

ATOMIT Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple complex client projects from planning to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

You will lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and governance, mentor Associate and Trainee PMs, manage escalations, and collaborate with the PMO to drive improvements in delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex client projects, including multi-module customizations for 3–4 clients.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Mentor and guide Associate Project Managers and Trainee Project Managers.
• Manage project escalations and maintain strong client relationships in collaboration with Technical Leads and Managers.
• Report project progress, risks, issues, and key updates to the Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with the PMO to ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
