New Era Technology seeks a Technical Project Manager to coordinate network upgrade projects for a large retail banking client. You will manage engineer schedules, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and prepare end-of-day reports for clients and management.

The role requires collaboration with clients and partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual parameters. A strong IT/networking background and PMP/CCNA/ITIL knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Technical Project Management.
• Experience managing technical projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Background in IT, specifically with wireless and wired networks and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track open issues to closure.
• PMP, CCNA , ITIL or equivalent knowledge, certifications a plus, but not mandatory.
• Financial/banking industry experience a plus, but not mandatory.
• Previous as a network engineer a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources for network upgrade projects.
• Manage engineer shift schedules and task delegation.
• Monitor progress and prepare end-of-day reports for client and management stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to align with project objectives and contractual parameters.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Contribute to and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Document and refine processes to improve efficiency and success rates.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
