Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a mid-level Technical Drafter & Operations Assistant to join our residential fencing company. This full-time, remote role blends AutoCAD drafting with operational admin, helping streamline quoting, improve technical docs, and oversee day-to-day office tasks from home in the Philippines.

You will work with management to ensure accurate designs, timely quotes (24–48h turnover), and compliant specs, while coordinating with fabricators and the internal team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, proactively identifying data gaps and coordinating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Translate site measurements into precise AutoCAD drawings (2D/3D) for fencing and features.
• Ensure designs meet compliance standards with detailed specs (panel sizes, gaps, cross-members, screw locations).
• Manage end-to-end quoting workflow and assemble accurate quotes using job management software.
• Order materials and manage project schedules; perform quality checks and client invoicing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and safety documentation; track staff sign-offs.
• Support marketing by managing social media photo postings and asset repository.
