Job summary

ClickHouse, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) Architect to join our Support Services. The role blends TAM, consultative, and L3 support for enterprise clients with remote work available in India and regional travel up to 35% for onsite visits.

You will lead strategic onboarding, provide architectural guidance, manage escalations, and work with Product, Engineering and Sales to shape roadmaps while mentoring new team members.

Qualifications

5+ years in TAM/PS/Support/PM roles.
5+ years in operating/supporting scalable DBMS.
Broad knowledge of DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS, Kubernetes.
Experience leading large technical projects with engineers.
Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.

Responsibilities

Onboard and guide strategic users on onboarding, launches and POCs.
Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance.
Lead projects, escalations and meetings for success.
Own L3 support cases and escalations with L1/L2 teams.
Partner with Product, Engineering and Sales for roadmap plans.
Be available for 24x7 support across a global environment.
Help hire and mentor new team members.
Develop docs and reference architectures.
