Job summary

School Of Virtual Assistance (SOVA) is seeking a proactive Technical Support Virtual Assistant to support agent onboarding, system setup, and day-to-day technical operations. You will troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and maintain data accuracy across CRM and internal systems.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, experience with CRM, Asana and Airtable, and comfort working across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Support VA, Admin VA, or Operations VA.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently.
• Experience with CRM, Asana, Airtable, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage agent accounts across company platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical and system access issues.
• Provide onboarding support and assist agents with system setup.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
• Track tasks and updates using Asana, Airtable, and other tools.
• Coordinate with the Expansion Team and provide progress updates.
• Document processes and suggest workflow improvements.
