Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university pursuing CS/IT or related field.
• Strong interest in technology and troubleshooting.
• Good communication in English and Filipino.
• Willing to work from home with own setup.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with senior support staff to understand and troubleshoot software/hardware problems.
• Assist clients in navigating products with clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and customer service techniques.
