The role covers L1/L2 technical support, APIs, integrations, sync issues, and data discrepancies, handling a high-volume queue and working asynchronously within a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS customers.
• Experience providing technical customer support and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL, integrations, debugging workflows, and log file analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting third-party integrations, synchronization issues, and data discrepancies.
• High level of ownership and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Email.
• Investigate and resolve multi-step product and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, sync issues, and data discrepancies.
• Analyze logs and workflows to identify root causes.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
