Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive service coordination specialist to manage field service calls, order parts, and document RMAs. You will maintain high levels of customer communication and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires basic networking knowledge and strong MS Office skills, with an emphasis on customer service and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or multi-store environment preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of networking and phone systems.
• Familiar with incident management process and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable with remote/telephone support functions.
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with good time management.
• Able to work in a team and as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Set up service calls per customer's request and coordinate resolution via internal associates or dispatching of a field technician.
• Enter orders for part shipments to facilitate onsite service resolution.
• Create Return Material Authorization (RMA).
• Document work performed by remote field resources and provide status updates.
• Manage service calls from start to finish with clear customer communication.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution.
