Job summary

Bolder Apps is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery across multiple software and mobile app projects for U.S.-facing clients. You will coordinate with engineering teams and translate client needs into actionable technical scope, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have agency/consultancy experience, strong English, and comfort with AI-augmented workflows. This is a fully remote role requiring overlap with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a technical project manager specifically in software development.
• Agency or consultancy background with multiple client management.
• Mobile app development project experience and understanding of iOS/Android release cycles.
• English proficiency at C1 or above.
• Overlap with US Eastern time through 5 PM EST.
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, GitHub issues or equivalent.
• Direct communicator with proactive risk management.
• Comfortable with AI-augmented development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for multiple concurrent client projects with distinct scopes and timelines.
• Run day-to-day mobile app development projects: sprint planning, backlog grooming, releases.
• Translate business asks into technical scope and communicate constraints clearly to clients.
• Track budget, timeline, and scope; flag risks early.
• Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs.
• Maintain up-to-date project docs so teammates can pick up context quickly.
• Lead client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours.
• Push back on scope creep with clear plans.
