You will orchestrate AI-augmented engineering, guide global and LATAM distributed teams across multiple technologies, and align technology strategy with business goals.

Qualifications
- 8+ years leading software delivery programs and technical teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed organizations.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to connect technology strategy with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex software and AI-enabled products.
- Lead distributed LATAM engineering teams across multiple technologies.
- Leverage AI-powered practices to improve quality, velocity and outcomes.
- Transform delivery models into AI-first operating models.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers.
- Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning.
