Job summary

CAS is seeking a skilled engineer to design, build, and maintain automation and data infrastructure in a fully remote Latin America role. You will own AI-powered workflows, Power BI dashboards, and data pipelines across Finance, HR, Sales, and Client Success.

The position emphasizes building systems from scratch, ensuring data quality, and documenting processes for scalable operations. This is a full-time independent contractor role requiring exclusivity after hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automations and data solutions in a B2B environment.
• Strong Power BI experience with dashboards, models, and production reporting.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.
• Experience using low-code automation platforms.
• Experience using AI platforms for workflow automation.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered automations using GPT, Claude, and automation tools.
• Build scalable internal workflows across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
• Create integrations between business apps via APIs and automation platforms.
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort with automation.
