Beepo is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead our offshore team in a remote setting from Clark, Pampanga. You will oversee data entry and client services, resolving routine questions offshore and ensuring workload balance with proactive capacity planning.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in administration or operations, plus 2+ years leading a team, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. This full-time role offers day shift and a competitive rewards package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in administration/operations/client services.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising a team (offshore/remote preferred).
• Experience allocating work and monitoring productivity.
• Experience with QA reviews or auditing for accuracy/compliance.
• Experience handling escalations and first-level operational support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• CRM or similar business platform experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage admin workflows and processes.

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day supervision of offshore team across client services and data entry.
• First point of escalation to resolve routine questions offshore.
• Allocate and balance workload; flag capacity issues before backlogs.
• Run weekly admin meetings with offshore team (Brisbane-led).
• Provide quality oversight on team's output.
• Manage shared admin inbox and phone system delegation.
