Job summary

Remote Raven is hiring 2 Talent Sourcers in the Philippines to join our internal sourcing team, handling the top of the funnel from engagement to handoff. You will run initial screenings, schedule subsequent interviews, and drive outreach using our 4-factor framework.

You will work on a call-first approach, using ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates, with a US Mountain Time window and a focus on high-volume activity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in talent sourcing or agency recruiting with high-volume outreach.
• Phone-first mindset with dialing before typing.
• Hands-on ATS/CRM experience for pipeline management.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobstreet (Jobgether a plus).
• Clear, confident English with strong phone presence.
• Stable internet, quiet workspace, and headset.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATS inbox for assigned roles, prioritizing high-tenure candidates.
• Paper-screen candidates in under 60 seconds using the 4-factor framework.
• Triple-Touch outreach: call, then message and email within 3 hours.
• Conduct phone screens with our screening HTML tool.
• Fill screening notes live during calls for fast handoffs.
• Perform Boolean sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter for passive candidates.
• Schedule Interview 2 in MS Teams with 2–3 slots.
• Hit daily targets: 40–50 screenings, 30–40 paper screens, 5+ outreach, 3+ handoffs.
