Qualifications
- 5+ years experience sourcing for Engineering, Product & Design in US venture-backed startups.
- Experience using Boolean searches and Recruiter features to surface candidates.
- Familiarity with venture ecosystem dynamics and talent markets.
- Strong data hygiene and well-organized candidate lists.
- Ability to translate client briefs into targeted research strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market-mapping to visualize talent ecosystems across sectors.
- Build robust pipelines for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Develop intelligence beyond names to aid hiring decisions.
- Maintain clean, well-documented Google Sheets across searches.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align research with client needs.
- Communicate market constraints and adjustments clearly.
