Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or JD preferred; MBA preferred.
• Leadership and management certifications or relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of CASI's people strategy and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with objectives.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, risk management, and budget.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Partner with Corporate HR and analyze workforce metrics to improve effectiveness.
