Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Remote System Administrator to provide remote IT support and maintain high service standards. You will manage workstation issues, server problems, and networking; collaborate with clients, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires extensive experience in IT support, proficiency with Windows/Mac, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud tools (MS 365, Azure).

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot workstation OS and printer issues of any kind.
• Resolve issues for standard business applications (Office, etc.).
• Handle line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor help as needed.
• Address advanced server issues and basic to intermediate networking issues.
• Act as escalation point for technicians and participate in on-call rotation.
