Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Technician II to deliver remote IT support for our clients. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS, handle standard business apps, and assist with deployments, imaging, and user profiles. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek based on PST hours.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk or similar role
• Skilled in PC deployments/imaging and user profile management
• Basic knowledge of network architecture and troubleshooting
• Experience with MSPs is highly desirable
• Active IT certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer issues
• Provide standard business application support including line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks)
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, backup software, and endpoint cybersecurity
• Handle basic server and networking issues
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
