Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an IT Specialist to support users, administer Microsoft 365, manage cloud environments, and help security and compliance initiatives. This role offers onboarding and career development within a global services firm.

Based in Makati, you'll work onsite with a team that emphasizes mentorship, continuous learning, and a comprehensive benefits package including HMO and night differential, plus access to Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS or related field.
• At least 2 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Basic understanding of Azure and cloud fundamentals.
• Knowledge of networking basics (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP).
• Experience with website design tools or basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hospitality systems experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end users across hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot Windows, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding including access provisioning.
