Job summary

You will monitor alerts, analyze logs, escalate to engineering, and maintain documentation with a rotating 24/7 schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Support, NOC, Help Desk or similar roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, or monitoring platforms.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and technology.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate alerts, tickets, and system issues.
- Use AI-assisted tools to diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Analyze logs, device data, dashboards, and error messages.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and coordinate with field teams as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear findings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Work on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including nights and weekends.
