Job summary

Aidey, an AI-first BPO based in the Philippines, is hiring a Hiring Assistant. You will own the top of the hiring funnel, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling, and conducting initial interviews. Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to keep the pipeline moving and ensure quality hires.

This fully remote, full-time role requires excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, reading) is a must.
• Comfortable conducting phone, video interviews and written candidate communications – must.
• Ability to assess candidate fit and make sound recommendations based on objective criteria.
• Persistent, proactive approach to candidate follow-up and engagement throughout recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage many candidates across stages.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and follow up candidate interviews via calls, texts, and email.
• Conduct initial Zoom screening interviews to evaluate fit.
• Document interview feedback and recommend progression decisions.
• Source qualified candidates through Indeed, Facebook Groups, and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to support recruitment objectives.
