Multiplymii LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will own the operational execution of supply chain tasks, maintain SKU data across systems, manage POs and payments, and ensure data integrity for forecasting and COGS reporting.

You will work with Airtable as the truth source, ClickUp for daily tasks, and Google Drive for the file library. Strong data skills and English proficiency are essential for success.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or PO administration.
• Experience with Shopify and managing product data, orders, and listings.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with lookups and reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication at C1 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• SKU data management across Airtable and related systems.
• Issue purchase orders and track supplier costs and payments.
• Verify barcode, SKU data and packaging records before supplier releases.
• Maintain payment records, supplier confirmations, and inspection reports.
• Support monthly AP reconciliation and inventory validation.
• Assist weekly forecasting and monthly COGS reporting.
• Keep product data and Google Drive library up to date.
