Job summary

Multiply Mii in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Structural Concrete Estimator to support pricing and planning for structural concrete projects targeting the Australian market. You will review drawings, prepare quantity take-offs, and develop cost estimates and tender submissions, aiming for practical and competitive figures.

You will work part-time (2–3 days per week) with a potential to move to full-time as workload grows, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• 3+ years in structural concrete estimating or related role.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
• Experience with take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for structural concrete, reinforcement, and formwork.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial/industrial projects.
• Identify discrepancies and raise RFIs as needed.
• Assess costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Apply quantities, rates, productivity, and allowances in estimates.
• Assist with initial project planning, including timelines and resource needs.
• Coordinate with operations to transition estimates to execution.
• Maintain estimating records and update pricing.
• Support budgeting and cost planning throughout the project lifecycle.
