Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for concrete formwork and structural projects.

The role reviews drawings, assesses quantities and costs, supports tender submissions, and maintains documentation while collaborating with estimators, contract admins, and project managers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline in construction preferred.
• Proven estimating experience including quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for concrete formwork and structural projects.
• Review GA/structural drawings, specifications, revisions and project documentation to determine scope and pricing.
• Measure and quantify slabs, columns, walls, beams, formwork areas, concrete volumes, and related elements.
• Support tender submissions, estimate reviews, pricing updates, variations, and cost reconciliations.
• Identify scope changes, discrepancies, omissions, risks, and commercial impacts during estimating and reviews.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, drawing revisions, quantity records, estimating databases, and document control.
