Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking an experienced Financial Controller (CA/CPA) to lead the finance function for a multi-site dental network and digital manufacturing lab on nearly $10M in revenue.

The role focuses on strategic financial management, automation, and multi-entity reporting, reporting to external advisors and auditors, with a view to driving efficiency and growth. Remote setup; global clients and international compliance.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or internationally recognized equivalent is mandatory.
• Australian experience with BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation is essential.
• 3–5+ years of commercial/industry accounting experience, ideally multi-site healthcare, retail, or digital manufacturing.
• Expert-level Xero and Hubdoc; familiarity with D4W or Carestack or multi-entity ERPs is a plus.
• Strong English communication; able to liaise with C-suite and Practice Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and a digital lab.
• Oversee automation and financial systems integration (Xero, Hubdoc, and fintech platforms).
• Manage intercompany accounts, cash flows, and monthly provider remuneration runs.
• Coordinate with external advisors and accounting firms for audits and BAS.
• Conduct cost analyses, scenario modeling for expansion and capex.
