LONDON OUTSOURCED is seeking a hands-on senior finance leader to build and run the finance function from the ground up for a growing multi-entity healthcare group (dental and medical clinics plus a consumer product line). You will consolidate 15+ entities, standardize reporting, and create CFO-level dashboards.

Qualifications

• CPA with active PRC license and guiding accounting practices.
• 8–12 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience building a finance function from the ground up in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financials across 15+ entities into a unified group view.
• Clean, reconstruct, and finalize financials for FY2024–FY2025 across all entities.
• Ensure all financials conform to PFRS and BIR requirements.
• Prepare audit-ready financial statements for all group entities.
• Lead selection/implementation of centralized accounting system and CFO dashboard.
• Strengthen financing readiness and credit standing with lenders.
• Provide financial insights and forward-looking recommendations.
