Job summary

Roomstay (SaaS) and Dijitally (agency) operate across Australia, the UK, and Ireland with multi-entity, multi-currency finance operations. We are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function across both businesses, based in the Philippines and working business hours on AEST.

This role is not a traditional finance role focused only on reporting — this role is responsible for bringing control, structure, and visibility to the entire finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance Manager / Financial Controller.
• Strong experience with Xero.
• Experience across multi-entity structures and multi-currency environments.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to execute and oversee.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance operations across two entities.
• Manage invoicing, payroll, and financial operations end-to-end.
• Maintain multi-entity, multi-currency records in Xero and related systems.
• Reconcile bank and card transactions and manage AP/AR.
• Produce management reporting packs with revenue, gross margin and cash flow.
• Build rolling cashflow forecasts and highlight cash risks.
• Collaborate with external accountants for filings and statutory reporting.
